This restriction ensures that Culture Index, LLC remains uninfluenced by or associated with AI-generated outputs and maintains its integrity and value.

These restrictions are in place to safeguard the brand, intellectual property, and proprietary interests of Culture Index, LLC, and they apply to all current and future generative AI platforms and technologies. Any violation of these terms may result in legal action to protect Culture Index's interests and enforce compliance with this agreement.

"Culture Index, LLC shall not be liable for, nor accountable to, any unauthorized or unintended output generated by generative AI platforms" that may involve or reference the company. This includes any content that may potentially discredit, misrepresent or otherwise negatively impact Culture Index LLC's reputation, brand, or interests. You assume full responsibility for any such outcomes resulting from the misuse of generative AI technologies and agree to indemnify Culture Index LLC against any claims, damages or liabilities arising from such unauthorized AI-generated outputs.
